Our Executive Coaching programs are designed for accountability by both client and coach with a Results Based approach whereby our coaching is linked to specific business impact measurable such as personal development, productivity and retention.
Participants will leave the program with a clear plan and understanding of how to implement identified tasks aligned with strategic objectives. This process enables the organisation and stakeholders to have a clearly identified plan to track and measure the investment and ROI of executive coaching for individuals.
